Why I Built GGC
After spending years battling intense gut issues, chronic fatigue and more, I decided enough was enough.
I dropped everything and spent several years learning how our hormones, gut and skin are all connected - I then set about creating systems that enabled me to take back control of my health.
But I realised that I was far from alone with my wellness woes - There were millions of women worlwide that also had felt lost, confused and overwhelmed when trying to lve their healthiest, happiest lives.
I decided that I wanted to dedicate my career to bringing women together, making available the tools and advice that would help them change their lives for the better.
